NEW WFPB DOCUMENTARY

Do you need a little encouragement boost to keep on track with your commitment to eat whole, plant-based foods? I certainly need periodic boosts. Plantwise, a new documentary, can provide such a boost. My goal is to get 90% of my calories from whole, plant-based foods. When you realize that all foods containing processed oil (even olive oil), white flour, and sugar need to be kept to 10% of calories, you can see what a challenge it is.

“PlantWise” is a 50-minute free documentary that reminds me why whole, plant-based foods are so vital to optimum health.
